This course begins the study of medical surgical care. It includes basic concepts and nursing skills needed to care for clients with medical-surgical disorders involving cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic, immune, musculoskeletal, endocrine, integumentary and sensory disorders as well as nursing care of pre- and post-operative patients.
